Who is it for?

How it fits with a PT PMA
The D12 works well together with a PT PMA setup. You can start the company registration while you are in Indonesia, and later move to an investor KITAS if you decide to stay longer.
D12 or a 60-day visa?
If you only need a few weeks of meetings, a C2 business visa for 60 days may be enough. If you want to stay longer, travel in and out, or set up a company at the same time, the D12 gives you more room.

Why apply early
The D12 needs company establishment documents and an investment plan, which take time to prepare. Processing then takes 7-10 days.
